The units in this course series are: - AMKB-20 - New Generation Operation Systems and Software (NGOSS) : framework developed by the TeleManagement Forum to provide a methodology and a set of tools to allow for the development of structured business-driven solutions to meet service provider business challenges
- AMKB-21 - Enhanced Telecommunications Operations Map™ (eTOM) : an enterprise-wide business process framework for use by service providers within the Information, Computing & Telecommunications (ICT) Industry
- AMKB-22 - Shared Information & Data model (SID) : an enterprise-wide information model used as the basis for understanding the business information needs of service providers, and for guiding the development of application integration and information exchange
- AMKB-23 - Telecom Application Map (TAM) : an enterprise-wide business application map for use by service providers to develop a broader understanding of the capabilities offered by their BSS/OSS application infrastructure
- AMKB-24 - OSS through Java™ (OSS/J) : a Java-based set of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for use by service providers to develop more industry standard interfaces for accessing their BSS/OSS application capability
- AMKB-25 - Multi-Technology Operations System Interface (MTOSI) : a WSDL-based set of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for use by service providers to develop more industry standard interfaces for accessing OSS application capability that resides primarily in the NGOSS Service and Resource Domains
